Arrival *
Arrival at Alicante or Valencia, click here to navigate to the villa. If you don't have the keys with you, please send a Whatsapp message to Henkjan at +31 6 14496218.
Car
Please use the remote to open and close the gate. Keep the gate closed at all times.

Connect to the 5G Closeness network and login with the password: Henkjan123

Villa owners
The villa is owned by Henkjan (+31 614496218) and Louise (+44 7979944729). Please contact us if any questions, preferable through Whatsapp.
Address villa *
The address of the Villa is: Carrer l'Anguila 11, 03720 Benissa, Alicante, Spain. Use the icon link to navigate to the villa through Google Maps.
Apartment
Please only use the apartment if you are with more than 4 guests, this to avoid additional cleaning costs.
The apartment has a separate boiler that can be switched on manually in the bathroom.
BBQ
Enjoy the outside BBQ as much as you prefer, but also clean it after every use for hygienic reasons. there are now pets allowed in the villa.
Electricity and gas
Electricity in Spain isn't cheap. To save money and be environmentally friendly, we recommend to not leave the air conditioning on when away. Simply opening the doors and turning the fans on will create a comfortable temperature.
Tip! Only turn on the air conditioning in the bedrooms an hour before going to bed.
Motorcycle
The Vespa motorcycle can only be used upon request due to it's insurance and a license is obliged.
Outdoor furniture
Please be mindful of stains on the outdoor furniture. The cushions for the outdoor furniture can remain outside, but please place them inside by departure.
Laundry
Feel free to use the wasmachine and dryer, or use the outside dry rack.
Please note: if you use the dryer, lift the door slightly to make sure that the connection pin goes up into the hole.
Pets
Unfortunately there are now pets allowed in the villa.
Bedlinnen
The villa has a double set of bed linnen per double and single bed.
Music
The Harman Kardon speaker can be used outdoors (rechargeable) and is easy to pair via Bluetooth. Please be mindful of the neighbours and always place the speaker inside on the charger after use.
Aldi supermarket *
Open from 9:00 until 22:00 from Monday until Sunday. Only 1,5km and within a 5 minute drive.
Masymas supermarket *
Open from 9:00 until 21:00 from Monday until Saturday. Only 3,4km and within a 7 minute drive.
Pepe La Sal supermarket *
Open from 8:30 until 21:30 from Monday until Saturday. Only 2,6km and within a 5 minute drive.
Markets *
Use this link for an overview of all local markets. Tip! Visit the large Friday morning market in Moraira between 8:30 and 14:30. The market is only a 10min drive by car or 15min by e-bike.
Waste *
At the entrance of the neighbourhood there are several waste containers for waste separation.
Tip! There is a basket with a bag in the villa. Place all recyclable waste in it and take it with you when you go grocery shopping. Most supermarkets also have waste containers.
Towels
There is a package of 4 towels available for every guest (max. 6), a beach towel, large towel, medium towel and a face towel. Please only take the beach towel out of the villa.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is weekly serviced by a pool man and twice a week in the high season, to ensure a perfect quality of the water.
Please don't use glass around the pool for your own safety.
Use of the pool is at your own risk and children that cannot swim must always be supervised by an adult.
Tip! Use the outdoor shower before a swim, to limit the suncream in the pool.
Kitchen
Please turn on the boiler for the kitchen underneath the sink and turn on the gas switch for cooking in the cabinet at the right of the stove and turn it off after usage.
The cooking essentials are free to use, but also feel free to replace them when empty, so the next guests have the same luxury.
A wine cooler fridge can be plugged in to cool your drinks. It's perfect to keep drinks cool at 10C.
E-bikes *
In the pool room downstairs you can find 2 ebikes that can be uses. The bikes must be carried upstairs upon arrival and the keys of the locks are in the upstairs cupboard in the left drawer. Please be careful when removing or inserting the batteries.
Please have the batteries charged before departure and not on the charger for safety. This way the next guests will also have a fully charged battery!
Please respect the Spanish bike rules and always use a helmet. The official rules for e-bikes are
- E-bikers must always wear a helmet when biking on interurban roads regardless of age.
- E-bikers under the age of 16 a helmet is always mandatory.
Please note that people in Spain in general are less used to bikers.
Tip! Use this route to bike to Moraira, Aldi or a drink at Calle Advocat.
